Retainership Retainership is a form of outstanding that leading companies and informed small business use to take care of legal needs to avoid falling on wrong side of the law. In a retainership, the individual or company pays an annual fee to our firm for access to tailored legal advice on specific issues, company secretariat work (if required), discount on service and legal representation in meetings. The agreement is normally in force for a year, and can be thus renewed.
