Court issues arrest warrant for ex-Panama president.

Panama's Supreme Court on Monday ordered the arrest of former president Ricardo Martinelli who is alleged to have used public money to spy on more than 150 people illegally.

The multimillionaire supermarket tycoon, who left Panama in January and who is believed to be living in Miami, faces half a dozen different corruption probes.
