Flight Tickets are not included: Flight tickets can be requested after the Visa has been approved, rate will depend on airline choice and class of flight. Flight ticket rates are NOT included in the above quotes

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS FOR THE LONDON PACKAGE:
The following should be received before the booking deadline:
Data pages of the international passport of all travelling family members.
Non-refundable reservation and Visa fees of N125, 000 per adult (18 years and above) and N85, 000 per Child (below 18 years) **
Completed Visa information form for all adults (18 years and above). Copy of the form can be requested by responding to this email.
** Rates have been adjusted to reflect the current UK visa fees and exchange rates.

Reservation and Visa fees shall be deducted from total package cost after Visa issuance.

BOOKING DEADLINE FOR LONDON PACKAGE:
The booking deadline is Monday, 13^TH MARCH, 2017.

VERY IMPORTANT VISA INFORMATION FOR THE LONDON PACKAGE
All applicants will be required to appear for biometrics data capture, including children. Hence families are encouraged to submit their details before the deadline to facilitate appointment booking and visa processing on time.

TRAVEL DATES:
A travel date is from the 14^th April to 20^th April, 2017 or as requested by the tourists.

ROME (ITALY) EASTER PACKAGE
This covers:
6 nights’ accommodation in the heart of Rome
Breakfast
Vatican City Tour with St Peter’s Square
The Rome Tiber River Cruise
Rome panoramic City Tour
Schengen Visa processing (3 months maximum duration)
Booking Fees:  Single Adult: N400, 000, Couple: N700, 000 Child (Below 18 years): N200, 000

The following are the requirements for booking and reservations:
The data pages of international passport
Completed Visa information form (request for the form by replying to this email)
Non-refundable reservation/insurance fee of N85, 000 per adult (18 years and above) and N55, 000 per Child (Below 18 years)

BOOKING DEADLINE FOR ROME PACKAGE:
The booking deadline is Monday, 13^th March, 2017.

 VERY IMPORTANT VISA INFORMATION FOR THE ROME PACKAGE
All applicants will be required to appear for biometrics data capture with documents related to their job and family. The Checklist of documents will be sent to registered applicants. Applicants will be required to pay a biometrics fee of N28, 000 per adult, N20, 000 per Child (6-12 years) and N8, 000 per Child below 6 years at the Italian Visa biometrics centre on the day of the Biometrics data capture.
Note that the Biometrics fee and the Reservation/Insurance fees will be deducted from the total package after visa is issued.

TRAVEL DATES:
The travel date is from April 14^th, 2017 to April 20^th, 2017 or as requested by the tourists.
Kindly note that because of visa processing times, deadlines WILL NOT BE EXTENDED. We recommend that you make your reservations as soon as possible.

USA EASTER PACKAGE NOTICE
