'MURDER' Voice from the grave.

A moving recording of murder victim Inga Maria Hauser's voice has been uncovered, and Keeley Moss, the woman who obtained it told The Chronicle it was one of the most beautiful things she has ever heard.

The audio tape of the young German backpacker - who was brutally killed shortly after arriving in NI almost 30 years ago - has her playing guitar and singing traditional folk song 'Greensleeves' in English.

It was released by her family in Munich to Keeley, author of an extensive blog dedicated to one of this country's most notorious unsolved crimes.

In part 13 of her blog 'Girl, Interrupted: The Untold Story of Inga Maria Hauser' the public has the opportunity for the first time to hear the murdered backpacker's voice - and Keeley hopes it will be pivotal to solving a long-standing case that has intrigued so many people for decades.

It is well documented how Keeley, a former librarian, has become captivated with what happened to the 18-year-old Munich woman after she arrived here on a ferry from Scotland on April 6, 1988.

German backpacker Inga Maria Hauser who died after being subjected to a “vicious and ruthless assault” and was discovered in a remote part of Ballypatrick Forest on the outskirts of Ballycastle.
