Yusuf Buhari secretly went Germany for treatment while leader of Islamic
Movement in Nigeria 'Sheikh Zakzaky' which has miilions followers in
and out of Nigeria along with his wife and tens of their members of the
movement are still in jail after two years with critical condition.
Yusuf, son of Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari, has been reportedly flown out to Germany to continue his treatment.
DAILY POST reported yesterday that Yusuf had been discharged from Cedacrest Hospital in Abuja where he was undergoing treatment.
According to Saharareporters, Yusuf was ferried out of Nigeria through the Presidential wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport early Saturday morning.
According to the online news outlet, Yusuf is headed for treatment at St. Josef Hospital in Wiesbaden, Germany via a Presidential jet with registration number, 5N-FGZ.
Yusuf was injured in a power bike accident in Gwanripa, Abuja while drag racing with a friend, Bashir Gwandu.

Mr. El-Zakzaky and his wife have been detained without trial since December 2015. They sustained gunshot wounds during their arrests, his lawyer said.
lawyer of Sheikh Zakzaky 'Mr. Falana' said the bullet in Mr. El-Zakzaky’s wife’s body is yet to be removed.
“Clinically he (El-Zakzaky) is not dead yet. But he is very very sick,” Mr. Falana said.
“He has lost an eye, he is in the process of losing the other one. He has developed stroke in detention.
“Bullets in the wife’s body have not been removed since 2015,” he added.
He accused the government of violating the fundamental rights of the detainees.A Federal High Court in Abuja in December 2016 ordered the release of Mr. Zakzaky and his wife. The government refused to obey the order.Members of the IMN group have been staging series of processions across the northern states demanding the release of their leader and his wife.
