How to make Mutton Fry
Step 1
For making this easy lunch/dinner recipe, soak chillies for few minutes.Step 2
Add salt, turmeric powder to the washed and dried mutton and boil it.Step 3
Now, take oil in a non-stick pan.Step 4
Put the chopped onion and add garlic-ginger paste to it.Step 5
Fry it in simmer for few minutes.Step 6
Once it turns golden brown, add chopped tomato and again fry it.Step 7
Put mutton and chilli-cumin paste in it and mix well.Step 8
Finally add vinegar. And cook it for more 10 minutes.Step 9
Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves (optional) and serve hot with rice or roti of your choice.
